The Yoshimaru Hakata Ramen originates in Hakata, Japan. Hakata Ramen is a distinctive ultra thin ramen with a film texture, served in a rich mouthwatering broth extracted from pork bones (Tonkotsu). Pork bones are slowly boiled over 13 hours to create this creamy white and flavourful stock.  Since 1994, Yoshimaru has captivated noodle-lovers in Japan and now have 14 outlets.
