Spanish Sardines Pesto Spaghetti
Ingredients: 1 can button mushrooms, 1 bottle pesto, 1 bottle Spanish Sardines and 400 g of of Spaghetti
How to cook?
- Boil Pasta as per cooking instructions.
- Chopped garlic finely and saute it with either the oil from the Spanish sardines or from the instant Pesto sauce.
- Add button mushrooms, stir fry for a 1-2 minutes then add the whole bottle of Pesto sauce into the pan.
- Add Spanish sardines into the pan and saute for 5-10 minutes.
- Season with spices such as salt, pepper or chilli powder. (I only add chili powder as the sauce is tasty already).
- Sauce is done, pasta may be added and toss together into the pan or may serve separately.
*tips: if you want more seafood: may add shrimps
if you want it to be creamy: may add 1 can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom
if you want it to be creamy: may add 1 can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom
